It was founded by lawyer and educator Dr. Emmanuel T. Santos. In 1985, I/AME was accredited as a local institution by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines.[1] On March 21, 2003, I/AME became the first Makati City-based business school to fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 for establishing a Quality Management System for the Provision of Higher Education in Management, specifically for the design, delivery, and testing of business courses, and overall facilities management.[2] The first batch of graduates held ceremonies in Hotel Miramar in Hong Kong in 1982.[3] Academic offerings I/AME provides undergraduate and graduate degree programs in management. All graduate degree programs are held on Saturdays and can be completed in one to three years (academic requisites except publication).
